-Yarn in colour(s) of your choice 

-crochet Hook C 

Abbreviations:

ch - chain 
sc - single crochet 

sl st slip stitch 
st – stitch 
dec tog - decrease x st together
inc - increase
dec - decrease
rep - repeat the bracket x times

Crochet Hook C in colour of your choice 

R1 ch51, sl st to Ring  

R2 ch2, hdc2 in 1st st, hdc13, (hdc inc) rep 6x, (hdc dec) rep 1x, skip 2st, (hdc dec) rep 1x, (hdc inc) rep 6x, hdc13, sl st

R3 ch, sc30, dec 3st tog, sc28, sl st, fasten off. 

In colour of your choice rep R1 and before you sl st to Ring, pull the chain trough the first Heart.

Rep R2&3

Repeat as often as you like and if needed add a chain on the last hearts sides for hanging.
